The faces coming out of the wall were going to be created in 3D as I thought it would look better than executed in stop motion, as it would be hard to get the fluid motion I wanted. I drew out these concepts to give more of an idea of what the things would look like. I prefer the first design as it looks creepier with its smoothness. The second looks more like it is made of the cave wall, but the first looks more spirit like and haunting.
